We are using a combination of our ordering/scheduling/project tracking software, people management, and specific security systems knowledge, New Vizion Security (partner of CIA & CPG) projects through its progressive stages, with the goal of project completion within the specified time and budget.

Understanding the needs and goals of the customer and developing an appropriate project plan is a combined effort between the client, the account manager, and the project manager. Specific duties include input on a solution and surveillance camera equipment selection with the sales department and keeping up with the progress of the security camera installation team, which can consist of networking specialists, electricians, system designers, general & subcontractors, architects, and buildings engineers.

Throughout the installation, our security project manager closely monitors scheduling and co-ordinates any changes while maintaining a high level of quality surveillance camera installation.

There are two types of security camera installations: new construction and existing sites. New Vizion Security has experienced people backed by processes and procedures in place to ensure projects come in on time and on budget.

The challenges of new construction include staying in constant communication with suppliers and sub-trades. On any new construction surveillance camera installation, project delays can occur, and New Vizion Security has the background to anticipate and respond to these changes rapidly. This ability to adapt, improvise, and overcome obstacles is what sets us apart and puts us in good favor of other on-site trades, general contractors, as well as the business owner and system end user.

Existing structure surveillance camera installations have a separate set of challenges. Many buildings are difficult to wire, and few wish to have unsightly exposed conduit, plastic wire molding, or ceiling hatches installed. This is where New Vizion Security really excels.
